Robert 'Evel' Knievel is buried in Harrison Cemetery BUTTE Montana.

BUTTE is an interesting place with an interesting history including one of the oldest Whore Houses in good ol' USA, located on Mercury Street - listed on the US Historic Register of buildings as a 'Museum 'and formerly cost 8$ for a Tour-it ceased trading as a Whore House in 1982.

Some of the surrounding polluted landscape of BUTTE is full of toxic foul-smelling lakes etc although it has to be said the scenery is generally very bucolic and attractive it has a less then idyllic history of labour relations in regard to working people and unionisation.

Anyways I've never been to BUTTE [or Montana] although that may change as the place has a lot of attractions a Racetrack not too far from Sturgis etc and I'm definitely a Tourist in America and on previous visits have mainly been to other States such as California, Nevada, Florida, New York, Illinois, New Jersey etc so the chance to see the BUTTE of America intrigues Me

The 'ZANE GREY THEATER' 30 min show episode [1961] 'Image of a Drawn Sword' which also had the first TV appearance of old 'Beau' Bridges [ who played the part of a trigger-happy Uniformed Yankee ... the Sword was a Cavalry Sabre.]

Zane Grey wrote a lot of Cowboy Paperbacks.

Beau was a little too uptight in His portrayal of 'Moss' but the dire directing from Kowalski and the somewhat idiotic scripting was overshadowed by the Professional Acting of Lloyd who carried the part easily- it reminded Me of another Bridges in 'The Last Picture Show' as 'Jackson' dons His Uniform and fucks off to Korea or someplace?

but I'm done talking about that.

Why Evel wanted to jump a rocket   over that giant Crack in the Canyon? Some Stunt Guys I suppose

are just plain nuts.
